Sift dry ingredients and cut in Margarine or butter. Mix well. Add eggs, sour cream, and vanilla. Beat.
Pour 1/2 of batter into 9x13 pan. Spoon on pie filling, and then add the rest of batter. (This will be hard to spread!)
Mix topping ingredients with a small chopper if possible - works great!
Sprinkle with topping. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes.
