This is an easy preperation with Blueberry and Balsamic reduction that goes great with chicken or pork.
Add all ingredients to a medium saucepan, bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer
Simmer for 20 to 40 minutes till gastrique acquires desired consistency.
Strain,
Substitute Black Berries or Rasberries and white wine.
Serve with chicken breast sprinkled with salt, pepper, and chopped fresh rosemary.
Lightly dredge with flour and saute in butter and olive oil.
