* Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray an 8 inch round cake pan with nonstick spray.
* In a medium bowl, combine flour, sugar, ginger, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
* In a small bowl, combine yogurt and molasses. Add mixture and 1/2 cup boiling water to dry ingredients. With a wire whisk, blend until just combined. Transfer mixture to prepared cake pan and sprinkle evenly with blueberries. Bake 20-25 minutes until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
