1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Coat bottom and 1/2 in up the sides of 8x4 in loaf pan with nonstick spray.
3. In large bowl, stir together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
4. Stir in lemon zest.
5. Make a well in the center of mixture.
6. Combine eggs, milk and butter in a medium bowl. Add egg mixture to flour mixture. Stir just until moistened (batter should be lumpy).
7. Fold in blueberries.
8. Spoon batter into prepared load pan. Spreading evenly.
9. Bake 60-70 min or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. If necessary, cover loosely with foil last 15 min to prevent overbrowning.
10. Cool in pan on wire rack for 10 min. Remove from pan. Cool completely on rack.
