Preheat oven to 400.
In a large bowl combine dry ingredients. In a smaller bowl combine wet ingredients and then stir into the flour mixture just until combined. Fold in blueberries and spoon into well greased or lined muffin tins. Bake about 2o minutes. Makes 12 extra large or 18 smaller muffins.
