Pre heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease muffin tin.
Cream butter and sugar together. Add eggs one at a time and beat well after each addition. Add vanilla. Sift flour, salt and baking powder and add to sugar mixture. Stir in berries and milk, mix well. Fill muffin tins 3/4 full and bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
