STIR together first 5 ingredients in a large bowl; let stand 10 minutes or until cereal softens.
STIR in flour and next 6 ingredients just until dry ingredients are moistened. Gently fold in blueberries. Pour batter into a greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
BAKE at 350 for 1 hour or until a long wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack 10 to 15 minutes, remove from pan, and cool completely on wire rack.
