Gluten Free Pancakes
1) Combine first 3 ingredients and blueberries in a medium bowl, stirring well with a whisk. Pour pancake mix and salt to first 3 ingredients mixture, stir until moistened.
2) Heat a large nonstick skillet, and pour pancake mixture onto the skillet, cook until edges are cooked and flip and cook the other side.
