Suggest a better descriptionPlace blueberries in large bowl. Cover with vinegar.let stand for 1 hour. Transfer to large, nonreactive sasucepan. Add sugar and orange zest.Bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Simmer, covered for 20 minutes. Strain,press out as much liquid as possible. Pour into hot glass jars or fancybottles.
