Mix peach nectar & buttermilk, set aside. Mix dry ingredients (except cereal) & set aside. Beat eggs with sugar & oil.
Add liquid & dry ingreds to egg mixture alternating & mixing well. Add cereal, nuts & blueberries. Put in muffin pan & bake @ 375 for about 18 minutes. Do not overbake. Note: I always add extra nuts & berries!
I freeze these & warm one up in the microwave when I need a healthy breakfast on the go!
