Low fat egg mixture for at home or on the road.
Mix all dry ingredients together.
Portion into 6.
Note: Coat insides of egg cups with non stick spray applied to a paper towel.
Put dry ingredients into each egg cup.
Add 1/4 cup of egg white to each cup.
Place cap on egg container.
Put containers in pan with 2.5 inches of warm water.
Bring water to a rolling boil and then reduce to soft boil.
Start 16 minute timer once rolling boil is reached.
Remove egg containers from water.
Allow to cool 3 minutes.
Remove caps and pour egg out.
Enjoy!
