chop the stewing beef into litte cubes about the size of your little finger,
Brown this and the chop meat with one of the diced onions
Put all the ingredients into the crock pots(1 is not big enough)
I like to simmer it over night but at least 4 hours
Serve with grated cheese and sour cream and is good with scoop chips
Nothing better for watching a football game
