Suggest a better description1. Bring pork to a boil; reduce heat and simmer, covered, 4 - 5 hours or until meat starts falling apart.
2. In a Dutch Oven, combine meat and remaining ingredients and mix well. With lid off, simmer 1 1/2 hours or longer.
I like to use Tobasco Chipotle hot sauce, it adds a smokiness and it's not crazy hot.
