Mix oyster sauce, soy sauce, and brown sugar until dissolved. Blend corn starch and water together, then add to first mixture.
Boil 2 heads baby bok choy (or steam--takes less than 2 minutes, watch closely!).
Into a hot skillet, add oil, then add onion and garlic, then mushrooms until tender, about 5 minutes. Then add sauce mixture. Stir until sauce thickens, less than 1 minute. Pour over bok choy and serve immediately.
