This is a recipe my wife got from a friend of hers.
My opinion is its ok, no big deal but I have to include this to keep her happy.

Dressing:
Add oil, soy sauce, vinegar and sugar into sauce pan. Heat until sugar is disolved. keep warm.
Chop bok choy and scallions, Put in serving bowl with almonds and broken up Ramen noodles. Toss with warm dressing and serve
