Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add to oil and cook for 5 minutes.
Add beef and sausage. Cook for 10 minutes.
Add wine and let reduce for 15 minutes.
Add tomatoes and spices. Simmer for 1 hour.
Serve over your favorite pasta.
Garnish with parmesan cheese.
