Start out with frying the chopped onion. Add the minced meat and it steak until it's well done. Add mashed tomatoes and some flour to get the right, saucy consistency. Add mushrooms and garlic, and last but not least flavour with salt and pepper.
Serve hot with pasta or any fitting alternative, you can have this with almost anything.
