Suggest a better descriptionIn the morning, Put the chicken breasts in a non-reactive glass or ceramic baking dish. Pour Picapeppa Sauce over the chicken. Turn pieces and repeat on alternate side. 30 minutes before dinner, preheat the broiler to high, setting the shelf 6" to 8" from the heat source. Slide the pan into the oven. Broil for about 20 minutes* Test, by cutting into the thickest part of a chicken piece. Let rest briefly so that the juices will settle. *I live on the high desert at an elevation of 4000 feet.
