Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 375 degrees.
Melt butter and add other ingredients. Place in a 9 inch ungreased round dish.
Push in bleached (or not) almonds around the edge for decoration. Then, brush entire surface with milk for shining affect.
Put in 375 degree oven for 10 minutes, then lower heat to 325. Bake an additional 25 minutes in 325 degree oven.
It's better to take out early than late, because it will get too hard if overcooked.
Let sit to cool, then put in fridge. Served cold.
Do NOT use 2 sticks of margarine instead of butter as it won't turn out the same. Can use 2 sticks of butter instead of margarine though if you'd like. Don't forget the vanilla or almond extract!
