4-Dns un chaudron, mélanger le vinaigre, la cassonade,le bouillon de poulet et la sauce soya
5-Rajouter les boulettes dans le bouillon
6-Pour épaissir la sauce, on peut rajouter de l fécule de mais diluer dans de l'eau froide
