This marinade is a great way to turn a lesser cut of beef into something special.
1. Whisk all of the ingredients in a small bowl making sure that the sugar is completely dissolved.
2. Add 2 pounds of steak to the marinade and refrigerate, turning occasionally, at least 1 hour and up to 12 hours.
3. Pat the meat dry before grilling.
