Suggest a better description* Cook pasta in large saucepan of boiling water, uncovered.
* Drain.
* Using zester, remove rind from lemon.
* Place rind and pasta in a large sauce pan with remaining ingredients.
* Stir over low heat until hot

* Add curry powder, All Purpose Seasoning Mix and ground ginger, but watch for it cooking dry... Maybe cook them off in some of the pasta water before adding the cream? Get the pasta out early as it takes a bit to warm the whole thing up. Seems to make sense to add the cream dead last. Would be nice served with a wedge of lime
