Add olive oil to instant pot on Saute
Sear the ribs on all sides
Add onions n garlic until translucent
Add wine, tomato paste, broth, fish sauce, Worcester sauce, balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, and 3 branches of thyme, salt n pepper
And stir a little until paste is dissolved
Add ribs back in standing on side
Add 3 more thyme on top of ribs n pepper
Close and seal
Pressure cook 35 min
remove ribs and add little flour in sauce and whisk until thicken
add sauce onto ribs when serving
