Fennel served with Scallops
Cut the Fennel into 1" wedges, lay flat on a tray with parchment paper and season with salt and pepper.
Drizzle with the white wine and braise in oven at 375 degrees for 10 - 15 minutes.
Fennel should be golden brown.
