(1) Cut dried haddock into pieces 1-1/2 inches long. (2) Mix soy sauce, sugar, minced green onion, mioced garlic, red pepper threads, pepper, sesame seed powder, sesame oil and rice wine to make seasoning sauce. (3) Shred onion thinly. (4) Place shredded onion in bottom of pan and add small amount of seasoning sauce. Place dried haddock pieces in pan, sprinkling both sides of each piece with sauce.
