1. Marinate the chicken in salt and wine for 30 minutes.
2. Heat wok with oil over high heat and stir-fry chicken cubes for 1 1/2 minutes. Add pineapple pieces, lychees and the braising sauce.
3. Cook chicken over low heat for approx 10 minutes. Thicken with cornstarch solution and serve.
REMARKS: This dish can also be placed in a covered baking dish and baked in the oven at 350 F. for 25-30 min.
