Suggest a better descriptionCombine milk and bran cereal and set aside for 5 minutes. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Add to bran, then add egg white. Divide into 3 sprayed muffin cups. Bake at 400F for 20 minutes. These are nice and crunchy right out of the oven, but not sweet. You can either add fruit before cooking (I always have frozon blueberries in the refrigerator), or decide how much fruit/sugar you want by putting it on after cooking.
