These are good. Large recipe.
Mix bran cereal with water, stirring to moisten. Set aside til cool, then add eggs, buttermilk, oil, fruit and blend well. Stir together soda, salt, sugar and flour then add to bran mixture. Bake muffins now or refrigerate batter in tightly covered container up to 2 weeks. fill muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake in 425F oven for 20 minutes.
