A hearty bratwurst, potato, green pepper soup (stew)
In a large pot melt butter. Add onions and cook over medium heat till tender (2-3 min). Stir in all remaining ingredients. Increase heat to high until mixture comes to a full boil. Reduce heat to low, cover, and cook, stirring occasionally, until stew is thickened and potatoes are fork tender (25-30 minutes)
I usually add celery if I have it and I cook my brats in the air fryer for 20 minutes or on a George Forman type grill.
