Get grill hot.. Now get your Large pan / throw brats in / throw veggies on top / Garlic / spices / open Beer Pour on top of you Ultimate Brat Creation. Get Foil cover up tight
Throw on Grill. Shake back and forth to mix up
Cook on Med heat about hour & 20 min. Check about every 20 min to shake back and forth to mix up.
Ok When a hour 20 is up and your getting close to eat. Take Pan off of grill / remove foil / pull out brats to put on grill to brown. Get your marks on them, then your ready to load on bun....
Should be good to go from there, brat on bun, add peppers, onions, mustard, sauces to your liking,
