Gluten Free cheese bread
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine all ingredients in the jar of a blender and pulse until smooth. Pour the batter into 2 lightly greased (or sprayed with cooking spray) mini muffin tins (or 1 big tin).
Bake for 10-15 minutes or until puffed and golden brown.
Let them cool slightly and serve warm.
