A curry from brazil
Ingredients
• 1 red onion, diced
• 10 g garlic, chopped
• ½ tsp. chilli
• Zest and juice of one lime
• 1 chicken stock cube
• 1 tsp. ground turmeric
Instructions
• 100 g peanut butter
• Pinch of black pepper
• 1 kg chicken breast
• 400 ml light coconut milk
• 15 g cornflour
Add all of the ingredients to the slow cooker, cover and cook on low for 5 hours.
