Mix together all but the bread and nutmeg in a microwave proof dish. Cut buttered bread into quarters and spread on top of the dish. Sprinkle with Nutmeg.
Cook in the Microwave on medium high for 12 minutes.
Also nice with fruit bread and/or cinnamon instead of nutmeg
