Add butter, baking soda, salt, pepper, and paprika.
Combine with the cheese and slightly beaten eggs.
Pour into greased baking dish and set in larger pan one-third filled with hot water.
Bake slowly for 1 hour in 350°F
Note: To scald milk, start by pouring it into a saucepan on the stove. Then, heat the milk over medium-low heat, which will prevent it from burning or sticking to the bottom of the pan. Keep stirring the milk for 4-5 minutes. When you notice steam and bubbles forming near the edge on the pan, take the milk off the stove.
