Use up the old black bananas!
Mash bananas. Mix in another bowl: flour, salt, soda and wheat germ. Melt butter in another bowl and add eggs and apple juice concentrate.
Mix the flour mixture with the apple juice mixture. Fold in the bananas.
Pour in a greased loaf pan and bake 350F for 1 hour.
Recommend: Broil a slice with a generous amount of butter, for serving.
