Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add all ingredients to the bowl of a stand mixer. Mix until well combined. Roll dough into one large log. Add dough to boiling water, reduce heat to medium, and cover. Cook for 20 minutes, then rotate and cook for 15 minutes. Remove from water and slice into 1 inch round pieces. Pour melted butter over the dumplings and serve hot.
