Make bread according to your bread machine instructions, to a dough-only.
Mix oil, salt, basil, rosemary and thyme in a small bowl.
Roll out the dough into a rectangle, grease a baking sheet and place on the sheet. Follow the stomboli recipe, or whatever you like! After closing the dough (or leaving it as a rectangle), brush the top with the oil and spices mixture.
Let rest at least 30min in a warm area, or all afternoon! Bake at 375?F for 30min.
