Challah, a yeast egg bread, is made especially easy with the bread machine.
Add ingredients to the pan of the bread machine in the order suggested by the manufacturer. (for Breadman, wet ingredients, then dry then yeast)
Select Basic Bread, 2 Pound Loaf and Light Crust settings.
Start.
Great for use as base for Bread Puddings - remember to leave our overnight to slightly "stale" the bread and absorb more custard.
