Whole Wheat
Crust - light
Loaf Size - 1 lb or 2 lb from recipe above
Additional settings
Preheat - set at zero or lowest setting possible
Knead 1 - 10 minutes
Knead 2 - 10 minutes
Rise Temp - 90 degrees
Rise 1 - 30 minutes
Punch Down - 10 seconds
Rise 2 - 30 minutes
Punch Down - 10 seconds
Rise 3 - 10 minutes
Bake - 50 minutes at 284 degrees
Keep Warm - zero minutes.
The Keep Warm will continue baking the bread if set for more than zero minutes.
Remove bread pan from machine as soon as possible to prevent continued baking of the bread.
This will keep the bread from becoming too dry.
