Suggest a better description1. Add yeast, warm water, oat mixture, sugars, salt, and 4 cups flour
2. Start machine on oat/manual and turbo
3. After it mixes for a while, add about 3/4 cups more flour
4. Stop machine after 2nd rising
5. Continue with recipe from Punch Down Dough
Bread machine:
mix 1-10 minutes
rise 1-5 minutes
mix 2-23 minutes
rise 2-20 minutes
