Suggest a better descriptionMix yeast, sugar, water. Put flour in big mixing bowl. Add salt. Crack egg in cup, add just a bit of water, whisk, then add enough milk to fill up cup. Add butter and microwave on half-power for 1-5 min, stirring every 30 seconds (temperature needs to be lukewarm). Add egg mixture to flour mixture and fold. On table, sprinkle flour, then put dough on and fold. Sprinkle flour in mixing bowl, put dough in and cover with towel. After 45 minutes (it'll double in size), shape into thin ovals. Fry.
