1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Cut a hole in the top of the bread.Hollow out the loaf, leaving a bowl. Reserve removed bread. 3. In mediumbowl, mix together the cheddar cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, ham,green onions, green chile peppers, and worcestershire sauce. Spoon themixture into the bread bowl. Replace the top of the bread. Wrap tightlywith foil and place on medium baking sheet. 4. Bake in preheated oven 60to 70 minutes. 5. Tear the reserved bread into bite sized pieces. In asmall bowl, mix the bread, oil, and butter. Place on a medium bakingsheet. 6. Bake in the preheated oven 10 to 15 minutes, until browned,turning occasionally.
