Suggest a better descriptionCombine the butter or margarine, sugar, salt, and raisins with the milk. Heat to a boil. Pour over bread crumbs. Allow to set for 5 minutes. Add the eggs, nutmeg and mix well. Place into a buttered casserole. Bake at 350 for 50-55 minutes. Serve with a Lemon Sauce or a Hard Sauce.
