Suggest a better description1. Heat convection oven to 300 degrees F. Lightly grease a casserole large enough to hold the bread cubes. Place bread cubes in the casserole; sprinkle with raisins.
2. In a bowl, combine remaining ingredients; beat well. Pour over bread cubes.
3. Place baking pan in hot water filled with about 1 inch of hot water.
4. Bake in preheated 300 degree oven for 1 hour or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
5. Serve warm or at room temperature.
