mix all ingredients in Robo for 6 mins
cut & shape dough into whatever you wish, say, 3 loaves or 4 baguettes, or 18 bread rolls
eggwash & dust with rice flour
place under heat lamps for 15mins then turn off lights and leave for further 10 mins
bake in top part of oven for 10 mins ~~at; 240
bread is ready when it sounds hollow, when tapped on the bottom
