This is a handy and healthy substitute for chips, crackers etc for parties or kids lunches. Serve with dip, pate, cheese or pickle selection.
NOTE: The bread needs to be white sandwich slice. 1. Mix first three ingredients together in a bowl. 2. With a spatula, spread over each slice of bread - not too thickly and going to the edge.
3. Cut bread once in half and then twice across the other way (to get six portions per slice).
4. Place on an oven tray and bake at 180 degrees celsius for appropximately 25 - 35 minutes. Keep an eye on it after 20 minutes or so.
Cover the next lot of bread slices while the first lot is baking. This uses most of a loaf of bread.
