When 7 cups of flour have been added, turn machine up to #6 or #8 until dough pulls away from sides of bowl (not long)
Cover with a tea towel and rise for 50 minutes
Remove towel and turn mixer on to #6 or #8 until dough pulls away from bowl
Divide and shape into loaves (2-3)
Turn on oven 350 degrees F
Let dough rise 30 minutes
Bake 30-35 minutes
Remove from pan, cool on rack
