Warm homemade bread is a special treat with soup, stew or even a nice salad. This recipe is from the back of Bob's Red Mill whole wheat flour package, and it's some of the best bread I've ever had.
This is a recipe for either a small loaf (1 pound) or large loaf (1 1/2 pound) whole wheat bread.
Add all ingredients in the order suggested by your bread machine manual and process on the basic bread cycle for that size loaf according to the manufacturer's directions.
Let the loaf cool for 15 minutes before slicing.
