Suggest a better description1. Mix yeast and warm water. Set aside for a while.
2. In large bowl, slightly beat egg and add sugar.
3. Add yeast mixture.
4. Add rest of ingredients using dough hooks to mix.
5. Turn out on floured surface and knead until smooth and elastic.
6. Place in greased bowl, turn to grease all sides, cover and let rise to double.
7. Punch down. Turn out onto floured surface.
8. Divide into 4 pieces. Shape into loaves and put in loaf pans. (or into 1 9x13 and 1 8x8 pan for rolls)
9. Cover and let rise to double
10. Bake about 20-30 minutes at 375°F.
11. Done when sounds hollow when tapped.
Yield: 4 loaves or 1 1/2 9x13 pans of rolls.
