Suggest a better descriptionWisp dry ingredients together. Stir in hot water to make stringy dough. Cover and let rise 3+ hours. Dump dough on floured surface. Knead by folding over with scrapper. Put parchment paper in a bowl & place dough ball in. Preheat oven to 450 with pot inside. When preheated remove pot, lift dough with paper and put in pot (paper included). Bake covered for 30 min. Remove paper and replace bread in pot and bak e an additional 15 min without lid until btown.
